The Charlie Willie Foundation was created to honor the legacy of Charles William Dishner (known to his mom as Charlie Willie) and to continue his passion for family, faith, music, and service. Chuck’s life was built on these values, and it is with these same values that the Foundation seeks to serve and uplift our community.

Chuck was a veteran, a father, a grandfather, and a friend to many. He was deeply devoted to his family, his love for music, and his commitment to helping others. He believed in the power of music to connect people, to inspire change, and to bring joy. He lived a life of service, always seeking opportunities to give back and make meaningful memories with those he loved.

Through the Charlie Willie Foundation, we carry forward his legacy by supporting the community he cherished. The Foundation will host the Charlie Willie Music Festival, a celebration of music, fellowship, and service that embodies Chuck’s spirit. More than just an event, the festival is a way for us to come together for a greater purpose—to make a positive impact and give back to those in need.

Proceeds from the festival will benefit local charities, including the Child and Family Guidance Center of Texoma, which provides crucial support and mental health services to children and families in our community. By partnering with organizations that uplift and strengthen families, we continue Chuck’s legacy of service and love, ensuring that his commitment to helping others lives on.
